God’s Benefit Package

Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:1-5

When applying for a new job, one of the first questions is about the benefits package. We want to know about vacation, holidays,  insurance,  sick days, and 401k.  Benefits are so important.

Isn’t it good to know being a child of God comes with a great benefit package? From forgiveness and healing, to renewing our youth, and so much in between, God has many benefits.

Today I think I’ll devote today meditating on Psalms 103:1-5 and receive the benefits of being a child of God. How will you devote2day?
